Fully assembled from $159Sizes refer to the house’s longest side, excluding a separate display base. Small is about 6 in (150 mm), Medium about 7.5 in (190 mm), and Large about 9 in (229 mm). Your quote confirms the full footprint, including projecting roofs, stairs, decks, and any base. We will not reduce your chosen house size to fit a base without your approval.

Spend $170 USD or more on the miniature house itself to add a globe version of that same house for $16.99 USD. Other products, the globe, shipping and taxes do not count toward the $170 threshold.
Request the globe with your house quote. Eligibility is based on the agreed house price, after discounts and before the reservation credit is deducted. The $15 photo review and reservation alone does not qualify. Nothing extra is charged here.

Size and detail are separate choices. We preserve your home’s recognizable architecture and agree on the features included after reviewing your photos. If your requested combination is not practical, we explain the alternatives before you commit—no automatic upgrades or charges.

Start with eight clear photos: the front, back, left, and right sides, plus each of the four corners. Photograph from a safe, accessible position in daylight.
These drawings look down from above. The orange door marks the front of the house. Stand at the camera symbol and aim toward the house; corner photos should show both sides. Left and right are as seen while facing the front door. Only use safe, accessible positions.

If you request a base, include a clear overall view and your preferred display footprint in the project notes. A base request does not include yard landscaping.
Only share photos and plans you have permission to use. Avoid people, license plates, access codes, and private documents. A street address is not required for the assessment.

What does the photo assessment include?
A written review of your references, recommended size, agreed detail level, house price, and estimated timeline. If you request a base or plaque, we confirm feasibility, dimensions, and any added cost. We may ask for missing photos first. The assessment is delivered by email and does not include a completed 3D model.
What if I change my mind?
Before your written assessment is delivered, cancel for a full $15 refund. After delivery, decline before authorizing production and we refund $10; the completed $5 assessment is retained. If we cannot take your project, all $15 is refunded. Email memade3d@gmail.com with your order number.
When does production start?
After you approve the written scope, price and schedule and pay the remaining balance. Any design changes, production cancellation terms, and shipping charges must be agreed before that payment. Your requested delivery date is only confirmed in the quote.
Will every tiny detail be reproduced?
We aim to preserve the recognizable architecture using your references. Very fine fixtures and delicate details may be omitted or thickened for reliable printing. Colors and proportions are interpreted from photos, and visible print layers are normal. We confirm important features before production.
How will delivery work?
The final quote will state the shipping and protective-packaging charges, delivery method, and estimated schedule before you pay the balance. Expedited shipping does not shorten modeling or printing time unless we separately confirm a faster production schedule.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact memade3d@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.
How will my miniature arrive?
Your miniature arrives fully assembled, finished, and checked, with protective packaging. It is a decorative display piece with delicate details, not a toy.
Is a display base or plaque included?
No. You may request a simple display base and personalized front plaque during your photo review. We confirm whether they are possible and quote any extra cost separately. We also confirm the full display dimensions and whether the base would need assembly in sections. If a base would require a smaller house, we ask you first. Detailed landscaped yards are not currently offered.
How will my house photos be used?
Your photos and plans are used to assess and make your project. We will ask before using identifiable customer house images in marketing. Do not submit private documents or access codes; a street address is not required for the review.
