Returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns on regular products or custom house miniatures.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives broken, chipped, defective, or incorrect, email memade3d@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions.

House photo review and reservation

The $15 photo review and reservation has separate cancellation terms. Of this amount, $5 pays for the completed written photo assessment and $10 is a refundable reservation deposit.

Before the written assessment is delivered, cancellation receives a full $15 refund. After it is delivered, decline the quote before authorizing production to receive $10 back. The completed $5 assessment is retained. If we cannot take your project, we refund the full $15. If you proceed, all $15 is credited toward your house.
